This woman in her 50s had asymmetry of her brow position as well as excess skin of the upper eyelids. I performed a browlift with incisions hidden at the hairline and, in particular, focused on creating more lift on her right side, as well as upper eyelid surgery to remove excess upper eyelid skin. The results are dramatic, and we have created more symmetry and an overall more youthful appearance, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
