This young man had gynecomastia surgery performed by another surgeon, leaving him with significant divots or contour irregularities under each nipple. I corrected these areas with fat grafting, taking a small amount of fat from another part of his body and using it to contour the areas under each nipple. This created a smooth contour and a very nice final result, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 months after his procedure.
