This woman in her 50s was interested in removing the excess hanging skin of her upper eyelids. I performed an upper blepharoplasty or “eyelid lift” to remove excess skin from both upper eyelids. The post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her surgery show a beautiful result, less heaviness of the upper eyelids (can be seen best in the oblique views), and a natural final result with a lovely eye shape that can now be seen more clearly.
