This young woman was interested in breast enhancement after having had 3 kids. We wanted to both add fullness to her breasts as well as lift them into a better position. I performed a breast augmentation with 375 cc high profile silicone cohesive gel implants as well as a full breast lift with an incision around the areola and down the breast (a ‘lollipop’ incision) to create a more youthful, fuller look, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
