This patient was interested in improving her jawline and neckline, eyelid appearance as well as adding more fullness to her midface. I performed a facial rejuvenation procedure consisting of a lower face and neck lift, eyelid lift, and fat transfer to her cheeks to create a more youthful, lifted appearance to her face, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
