This 37-year-old woman was interested in a rhinoplasty, in particular, to address the bump on her nose and reduce the pulling down of the tip while smiling. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions hidden inside the nose only to reduce the nasal bump, reduce the tip movement with smiling, and create an overall natural, feminine appearance to her nose, as seen in her 6-week post-op photos.
