This 23-year-old woman was interested in a rhinoplasty, in particular, to address the bump on her nose. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions hidden inside the nose only to reduce the nasal bump, reduce the tip movement while smiling, and create an overall natural, feminine appearance to her nose, as seen in her 1-year post-op photos.
