This 66-year-old woman had old, encapsulated or hardened implants that she wanted to be removed. She was not interested in new implants, but rather to have her existing breast tissue reshaped and lifted. I performed breast implant removal, removal of the hard scars around her implants (“capsulectomy), and a full breast lift or mastopexy. Her post-op photos taken 2 months after her surgery show a lovely result, smaller, lifted breasts that are in balance with her frame.
