This young African-American woman was interested in nose refinement surgery, specifically to narrow the width of her nose and keep it in balance with the rest of her face. In performing her rhinoplasty, my goal was to give her a result that was both natural as well as in balance with the rest of her facial features. The result was a nice shape and contour to her nose, most notably when viewed from below, as seen in the after photos only 3 weeks after her procedure.
