This woman was unhappy with the hump on her nose and wanted it softened to create a more refined profile. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions only inside her nose. This created a more elegant profile in balance with the rest of her facial features, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
