This 45-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, 285 cc Moderate Plus projection implants on both sides. Her results are lovely and balanced, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
