This young Hispanic woman was interested in a dramatic improvement to the shape, contour, and profile of her nose. I performed a closed rhinoplasty and was able to refine and gently elevate the tip of her nose, reduce the size of the hump, and create an overall more elegant shape and look of her nose that is more in balance with the rest of her facial features.
