This young woman was interested in having saline breast implants to create a fuller look to her breasts. I used 300 cc saline breast implants, filled to 310 cc on the left side and 330 cc on the right side, and placed them through a small incision hidden under her breasts for her augmentation procedure, which gives her the look she wants, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
