This tall young woman had very little breast tissue and really wanted to have a breast augmentation to create a more feminine appearance. I performed a breast augmentation with 371 cc silicone implants placed through an incision hidden in the breast crease to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
