This woman in her 50s was interested in removing stubborn excess skin and fat of her upper back that was most noticeable when she wore a two-piece swimsuit. We performed a Braline Backlift to remove excess skin and fat in this area, contour the upper back, and hide the incision right along the bra line. The post-op photos taken 2 months later show excellent upper back contour and shape with a well-concealed incision.
