This woman in her 30s was interested in breast augmentation to enhance the size and shape of her breasts and give her a more youthful appearance. I performed a breast augmentation with silicone cohesive gel implants, placed through an incision hidden underneath her breast fold. This created a very nice, natural result, in balance with her tall, athletic frame, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
