This woman in her 40s had undergone a breast augmentation years ago and presented to our office with a capsular contracture of her left breast. We performed a revision breast augmentation by removing her old implants, removing the capsule and placing new highly cohesive gel silicone implants to create a softer, more natural and symmetrical result.
