This 35-year-old woman had severe breast asymmetry as well as breast ptosis or “droop”. Her goals were to create more symmetrical, lifted breasts. I performed a breast lift on her left side and a breast reduction of 264 grams with a lift on the right side. The post-op photos taken at 6 weeks after surgery show a dramatic improvement, much better symmetry, and lifted breast.
