This lovely woman in her 60s was interested in rejuvenation of her upper and lower eyelids. I performed a blepharoplasty during which I removed excess skin and fat from both upper eyelids and both lower eyelids. The post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her surgery show a lovely, natural result without a “surprised” or “operated on” look, excellent eyelid shape, and symmetry.
