This young, athletic woman was interested in a breast augmentation that could provide her with a more feminine shape while still being in balance with her overall fit and lean frame. We used cohesive gel silicone implants placed through a small incision in the areola to help her achieve these goals, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
