This patient had both loose skin and a significant amount of laxity to her abdominal muscles after pregnancy that simply could not be improved with diet and exercise. I performed a full abdominoplasty with emphasis on tightening the muscles of her abdomen to create a dramatically flatter appearance, as seen in her post-op photos (in particular her profile views) taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
