This patient was interested in refinement of her nose, specifically softening the hump on the bridge of the nose and elevating the tip. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions on the inside of the nose– through this approach, I was able to create a profile more in balance with the rest of her face, as seen in her post-op photo taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
