This woman in her 50s was interested in breast augmentation to improve the appearance, symmetry, and fullness of her breasts. We performed an augmentation with a 330 cc highly cohesive gel silicone implant on her left side and 345 cc on her right side, creating a nice symmetrical result in balance with her body, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her surgery.
