This young woman was interested in creating a softer, more refined appearance to her nose. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions inside the nose only and none on the skin. With this approach, I was able to refine and gently elevate the tip, smooth the hump on the bridge, and create an overall more elegant appearance to her nose that’s in balance with the rest of her facial features, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
