This patient was interested in a rhinoplasty to better define the tip of her nose as well as shorten its overall length. I performed a closed rhinoplasty (incisions inside the nose only) through which I reduced the size of the tip and created a more elegant shape to both the tip, bridge, and dorsum of the nose, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
