This 37-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement as well as nipple reduction. She had very little breast volume after having had children as well as elongated nipples. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts. We placed a 305 cc Moderate Plus projection implant on her right side and a 285 cc implant on the left in order to improve symmetry. Her nipple reduction was performed with incisions hidden at the base of each nipple. Her results are lovely and balanced with her frame, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
