This African American woman was interested in a breast lift but was concerned about having heavy scars or even keloids on her breasts. I performed a vertical breast lift with a short incision added underneath her breasts. Her post-op photos were taken 3 months after her procedure and demonstrated well-healing incisions and no evidence of thick scars or keloids.
