This 50-year-old patient was interested in both a lower facelift to improve her jawline and neckline as well as upper eyelid surgery to correct her eyelid asymmetry. We performed both procedures in one surgery to create a dramatic improvement in both eyelid symmetry and jawline and neckline rejuvenation, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
