This young man had a combination of fat and actual breast tissue on his chest that was very obvious even in clothing. Utilizing modern liposuction techniques I was able to remove this tissue and fat to create a flatter, more masculine appearance to his chest, as seen in the post-op photos taken just a few weeks after his procedure.
