This 50-year-old woman had lived with significant breast asymmetry her whole life and was ready for a change. She liked the size of her smaller left breast but wanted it lifted, and wanted the right side lifted and reduced to match. I performed a breast lift on the left side and then a 275 gram breast reduction with a lift on the right side to match it as best we could. The post-op photos taken 3 months after surgery show a nice result—both breasts lifted and significant improvement in symmetry.
