This young, active woman was interested in a modest augmentation that would be in keeping with her overall thin, athletic frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 339 cc cohesive gel implants placed through a small incision hidden in her breast crease. At 6 weeks after her procedure, she now has a nice, elegant result very much in balance with her body type.
