This patient was interested in more cleavage and more fullness to her breasts to balance the frame of her upper body. I performed a breast augmentation with high profile 400 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, which created a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
