This 29-year-old woman was interested in a breast lift and augmentation. Given the amount of breast tissue she had to start, we chose to perform the procedure in 2 stages separated by a few months. Stage 1 was a full breast lift (“mastopexy”) during which we lifted and reshaped her breast tissue, made the areolas smaller and more youthful, and removed excess skin. Stage 2 was a breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone gummy bear implants, 285 cc Moderate plus projection, placed behind the muscle. The post-op photos taken 6 weeks after each procedure show very nice results, a youthful shape of the breasts, and more fullness throughout the breasts, including at the upper poles of the breasts.
