This 23-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, 330 cc High projection implants on both sides. Her results are lovely, full but still balanced with the rest of her frame, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
