This young woman had previous saline implants that had been placed in front of her muscles. This had created a large gap between her breasts as well as a visible rippling of the implant that she could also feel. I performed breast revision surgery by removing her old saline implants, creating a new pocket behind her muscle and using silk scaffold as an internal bra to support her implant and tissue. I then placed new 286 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants in this new pocket, all through incisions hidden in her breast crease. This created a very nice result, narrowed the gap between her breasts and reduced the rippling of her implants, as seen in her post-op photo stake 6 weeks after her procedure.
