This young woman had mild excess fat of the lower eyelids that she wished to be removed. I performed a lower blepharoplasty by excising the excess fat of the lower eyelids through an incision hidden on the inside of the eyelid (no skin incision) which created a very nice contour of the lower eyelid that’s in balance with her very youthful face, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
