This 27-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts. We placed a 440 cc High projection implant on her right side and a 385 cc implant on the left in order to improve symmetry. Her results are lovely and balanced with her frame, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
