This 28-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a submuscular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts. We placed a 325 cc Moderate Plus projection implant on her right side and a 305 cc implant on the left in order to improve symmetry. Her results are lovely and balanced, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
