This young woman is quite thin but has broad shoulders that are out of balance with the width and size of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with 339 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
