This woman in her forties was interested in a very modest augmentation and creating just a bit more fullness, especially at the upper portion of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with 234 cc silicone cohesive gel implants to create a nice look in keeping with her goals and in balance with the rest of her athletic frame.
