This very nice patient in her mid-30s had previously undergone 3 other breast surgeries by different surgeons. Her previous implants had been quite large and at one point sitting right against each other. She was now looking to have a modest augmentation that could also be durable and hopefully be her last breast surgery. We performed a breast augmentation with modest silicone implants taking care to hide her existing scars that were now on her chest. Her results are quite natural and soft and in keeping with her lean, athletic frame.
