This young woman was interested in a rhinoplasty to reduce the bump on her nose and create a softer appearance to her nose. We performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions inside the nose only to create a lovely, feminine appearance to her nose and excellent profile, as seen in her post-op photos taken 1 year after her surgery.
