This young woman had very little breast tissue and wanted to have a breast augmentation to create a more feminine appearance to her frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 304 cc silicone cohesive gel implants placed through an incision hidden in her breast crease, to create the balanced appearance she wanted, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
