This patient had lost much of the fullness of her breasts, in particular in the upper portion of her breasts, after having had children. I performed a breast augmentation with high profile 350 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
