This 35-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement. We performed a breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, 525 cc Moderate projection implants on both sides. Her results are lovely, full, and balanced with the rest of her frame, as seen in her photos taken a year after her surgery.
