This 35-year-old woman was interested in breast enhancement, and in particular to create more fullness at the upper portion of her breasts. She wanted to prevent any animation changes associated with the augmentation, so we performed a subglandular breast augmentation with highly cohesive gel silicone implants placed through incisions hidden in the fold under her breasts, 305 cc Moderate Plus projection implants on both sides. Her results are lovely and balanced, as seen in her 6 week post-op photos.
