This patient was interested in a breast lift with a modest reduction and a final breast size and shape that would balance the rest of her frame. I performed a breast reduction so I could both reduce the size of her breasts as well as create a more youthful, lifted appearance, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
