I performed an upper lip lift with an incision hidden under the nose—this approach allows us to shorten the white lip (skin from the nose to the lip) and evert or rotate the red lip, creating a more youthful shape and balance. Post-op photos taken 3 months after surgery show that the incisions are nearly impossible to see.
