This 37-year-old woman was interested in fat transfer to her buttocks (known as a “Brazilian Butt Lift “or “BBL”) to create more fullness and better shape. I performed the procedure with attention to not only transferring fat symmetrically to key areas of her buttocks, but also removing excess fat from the areas of excess fat. In this way, I was able to narrow her waistline as well. The photos taken 6 weeks after surgery show a lovely, feminine shape, with nice projection and fullness of the buttocks.
