This patient was interested in a breast augmentation to create better breast symmetry and more balance with the rest of her frame. I used saline breast implants placed, 390 cc on the left side and 420 cc on her right side, both placed through a small incision hidden under her breasts for her augmentation procedure, which gives her the look she wants, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
